We are looking for service-oriented individuals who could carry the role of a customer service representative for our voice and non-voice campaigns.
Delivering customer service and technical support solutions via phone, live chat, and email, we need agents who can work with these platforms and use Chinese language variations in assisting customers. We prefer those who natively speak Chinese, but bilingual candidates or those who use Mandarin and Cantonese as a second language are also welcome to apply.
Once hired, agents will undergo extensive training to enhance their lingual and cultural proficiency. Employees will be entitled to receive a compensation package that composes of the following:
